Few question about injectors and intake differences

I am putting a 5.3 in my 67 chevelle, going with a 70mm turbo, I am thinking of leaving the stock intake in there now and going with a edelbrock proflow later if it will fit under my hood.
My question is what injectors should I go with? the EV6 or EV1? Can I get a new fuel rail's that will fit both intakes? I am buying an Megasquirt system that has EV1 plugs on it already. Will EV1 style injectors work with the truck intake? I remeber seeing that it wouldnt

The trunk intake uses the same height as a ls2. These have the ev1 style plug

Thanks I just bought some ls1 style 60lb injectors for my truck intake so I am going to need to adapt these. Anyone have the dimensions for the spacers or brakets?
