fuel pressure

just put in some 42# injectors and installed my fuel pressure gauge. i am reading between 65-68psi for fuel pressure at idle and cruising. there is no adjustable FPR and i would imagine stock pump, but can't guarantee. it this pressure to high, should i be worried? how do i go about getting it back down to 58ish, if needed?

It may be OK... how positive are you of the gauge accuracy?
Try a test gauge to be sure.

If it has a stock regulator, you cannot adjust it.

it is a brand new glowshift gauge, i have used glowshift in the past, ill hook up a test gauge to be sure though.

what are the downsides to the added pressure?
