Default 98 EVAP Component Location Help

Can one of you guys with a 98 tell me where I am suppose to mount this evap part, I have had my car apart for so long now that I have no idea where it goes. What does the bracket look like? Photo's would be greatly appreciated,

I have been searching google for days and all I can find is the part number for the retainer that is suppose to hold it, no pictures.

Don't have a 98 anymore, but see if description of mounting location in post 7 helps:

I found that thread, unfortunately the picture doesn't look quite far enough up to see it. I might just tuck it up behind the tank, zip-tie and call it a day. I have scanned hundreds of under body pictures and have yet to see a clean shot of the thing.
