Help/Opinions on E85 Fuel pieces needed
My setup currently is a Stock LS1 with an APS TT Kit (making 606hp, 639ft/lb tq on the stock WG springs ~ 7.5lbs boost). I'm making the switch to E85 this year to give myself the benefits and safety of E85 as well as hopefully making it easier to pass emissions which I'll have to do early next year. My only fuel modifications thus far is a Walbro 255 pump. I've got a Walbro 450 pump which I'm wanting to use as a 2nd pump and I've also got Bosch 127 injectors for when I make the switch to E85. I'm wanting to buy parts that will work on my setup with all of the goodies installed, at my current hp levels (606/639 but my tuner is confident 700 is obtainable once I do the switch) all the way up to my ultimate goal of over 1000hp (once I get an engine worthy enough of pushing any further). In other words I dont want to have to buy parts twice if I dont have to.
FPR: I've been looking at the Aeromotive 13151 (polished) which has 10AN ports and a 6AN return. Will this FPR be a good choice?
Rails: Kind of lost on this as I think I might have to rebuy this part once I get a built engine. Correct me if I'm wrong, I plan on incorporating the FAST 102 LSX intake once it comes time to build an engine. Are rails compatible between the LS6 intake and the FAST 102? If not I'm thinking if I have to buy rails I should just get a cheap rail setup for now till I'm ready to build. Any recommendations?
Feed/Return Lines: Kind of lost here as well. I'm thinking that when I switch to E85 I should upgrade the Feed lines as well as add the Return line (PTFE to avoid any unwanted odors from inproper lines). What size lines should I be going for? At first I was thinking 10AN feed, 6AN return as thats the size fittings on the FPR I was interested in but it looks like 10AN might be oversized. Is 10AN too much feed for an E85 build at over 1000hp? If not then is there any downside to running such a large Feed line on my 600-700 setup currently?
Thanks in advance for any help on these items. I'd like to get all of the fuel bits priced out and purchased sooner than later so that once the weather warms up a bit I can get my car under the knife with my tuner without wasting too much of the warmer months to come.
Here is the FPR i went with. Its 2 -8 ins and a -8 out. Its a beautiful piece. I found it online for a bit over 200. The blue/purple is a little cheaper.

Yes -10 is overkill but I'm also running -10 up and -10 back to the cell. Im only looking at around 650-700 on high boost. Even if its not needed. It helps me sleep at night to know that my fuel system will not be a restriction. Always have room to grow and will handle anything your going to do. In the end. The line is only like 15 cheaper to go to -8. Im getting the goodridge 210 braided black nylon.
Just what I did after researching all this. Hope it helps.

In a world so concerned with fuel efficiency.......yes..yes..these will help me use that fuel much more efficiently.

The fuel rails are anodized (i believe) as they're a slightly darker luster than polished aluminum and the 2 tiny scratches on them show a more natural aluminum luster underneath the anodizing. I've contemplated stripping the annodizing with oven cleaner or brake cleaner and polishing them up so all of the pieces match, but I do have to say they do look pretty good as is.
I do have another question now however.
Option1:
Is running TWO 6AN feed lines (one dedicated to my Walbro255, one dedicated for my 2ndary Walbro450) up to the front then "Y" block them into a 10AN before splitting them into the rails more beneficial?
OR
Option 2
Is running say a SINGLE 10AN feed line the best route for what I'm shooting for?
