having fuel problem need help Mods: new stock injectors, new spark plugs, new battery, aeromotive 1000 fuel pump, Aeromotive fuel rail, Aeromotive fuel regulator, nitrous outlet direct port nitrous kit, and fuel cell.
The will crank over alittle bit but the car willnt start. I have a fuel gauge on the fuel regulator. The gauge doesn't move at all but sometimes it goes to 10 psi. I tried 2 different fuel pumps because I thought the 1 fuel pump was dirty but I tried both pumps but the pumps turn on but it seems like its not getting pressure to the injectors. Whats the problem?

On a 2005 Pontiac gto. Its a return style system. Line from the fuel tank.... to the fuel filter.... in to the fuel pump to the fuel regulator.... fuel line from the fuel regulator to the driver side rail.... than the crossover fuel line from the front of the rails.... passenger fuel line goes back to the tank

You have the return side of the rails "open"..
As it's plumbed, you have no pressure regulation.
Where did you plumb the return side of the reg to? What kind of reg is it?
In short:
Tank> 60-100 micron filter> pump> 10 micron filter> one side of rail> rail crossover to 2nd rail> out on 2nd rail> inlet on reg> regulator out to the tank.
