I probibly have what you are looking for laying around. The sensor at the rear of the intake would be the map sensor, but it does not bolt in there is a clip. I as sure I have the egr bolt. I don't have the part numbers but your welcome to take a look through my spare bolts collection. By the way I am the guy that had the pewter Trans Am with the boyd coddington's from a few weeks ago. If you take a look pm me and let me know.
