-8 feed/ -6 return ?
I have SS ptfe -8 for a feed line and SS -6 for a return but starting to second guess myself if i should use -10/-8 on my pump gas 1000-1300whp TT build anyone running the smaller lines making those HP #'s without issues?
And if so did you Y the lines at the rail to dual feed them with -8 or drop to
-6?

let me ask you a question that will help me and Ill answer yours too. I have the 2002 Camaro SS plastic gas tank what are the size of the feed and Return so I can buy the Push on fitting for it?
as for your question I would go 10 / 8 just in case in the future you want more out of your set up. you want to make sure the fuel is there and you don't have to go back and redo the job. you can y the at the rail just to make sure both get equal amount and use the 8an

I doubt I will go past that 1300whp mark with this car and if I did I could run a second -8 feed line. Sorry can't help on your fitting sizes I'm not playing with a Fbody.

This would get you up to a -6, then you could use one of these

or these (depending on whether you need male or female end)

I use a -8 feed and -6 return to feed a 600 hp NA SBF. Even on e85, it doesn't run lean at 7,000 rpm's.
You're only going to get as much flow as your smallest restriction. If you adapt a -5 line to a -8 line, you're only going to get as much flow as a -5 line will allow. You'll need to replace everything from the pick up to the fuel rails.

True story. This is the exact reason I went to a fuel cell and a Holley Dominator pump -10 from the cell to the rail, and a -8 return. Admittedly though, my fuel system is way overbuilt (I do this kind of stuff for a living, on a larger scale though, lol), but I'll never have to worry about starving the engine.

EDIT: in doing a little research, it appears the BSFC for E85 NA is .63-70, so his setup in theory would feed yours boosted on gas.

Let me just back in here probably be using two 340 pumps Intank with a Hobbs and around 160lb Injectors may keep the base psi at 43 lbs and plan to boost to around 18psi.

I would err on the safe side and do a -10/-8. It's pretty cheap to run hardline and B-nuts vs doing steel braided throughout.
