Fuel Filter question

ok guys I need a little help on my set I went carbed and Converted my tank to the 02 LS1 tank with a Aeromotive Regulator up front to bring down Pressure to 6.5psi but locating the Fuel Filter is not a problem cause I know I need a 8AN inlet/outlet Filter but when it comes to microns that's where I'm stuck. What microns rating should I use between my tank and Regulator for my Carburetor setup ?

I use a 10 micron with 8an ends. A lot of people run 25 but I see no need. Just my opinion

The smaller the better. 10 micron filters are readily available from several sources. I have even seen some 5 micron filters but I can't remember where
