Odd cold start

Odd cold start So on cold starts takes a few cranks to fire up. Starts up fine after it warms up as in if I drive somewhere and turn it off and on, starts right up. Then before I could get back to drive the car again (2 weeks later) battery was dead... so I figured the battery was just weak and when driving alt would recharge the battery. Well, that wasn't the problem. I seafoamed thru the main vac hose via brake booster and has new fuel filter. I'm going to change the plugs although they only have about 10k miles on them, but are copper core also.. ngks
But in the meantime... maybe someone might have any ideas.
