25psi after walbro in-tank install
25psi after walbro in-tank install I installed a walbro 340 intank a couple of days ago. The car shows 0psi when i prime the pump by turning the key on. If I keep trying to start the car it will barely fire up and gets 25psi. Giving it throttle makes it die. I'm suspect of two things. Bad pump, or the hose that comes off the regulator. I cut the thin brown hose that goes to the regulator completely off. Should this hose run down to the bottom of the tank? I was thinking this was the problem but we pulled the pump on a friend's car, and it is setup exactly how mine is now and works fine. I've pulled the pump out once to check it. The hose clamps are secure and wiring is intact. You can hear the pump come on as well.
