Default Hot start issue: losing injector pulse

So my car has developed a starting issue after you get done driving and let it sit for 20-30 mins. When you go to restart it the injectors aren't firing anymore. I used a noid light to test them just don't know what could cause it. After you let it sit another 20-30 mins it will start again. The car acts perfect driving and running it hard and only acts up after a short cool down. Everything that I have read about the crank or cam sensor says the car wont have any spark which my car has plenty of spark. I've checked all the grounds and power wires to make sure they are good and tight. Also swapped the fan relay and injector relay (same part #) but same result. Maybe the drivers are going bad in the computer? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
