I've searched for a similar post but didn't come up with anything. With car at idle the other night a groaning type noise started coming from the tank, it seemed to pulsate on and off. It was so bad when I crawled behind the car to look a mouse vacated the car, guess he couldn't take it anymore. Engine never stopped, and the noise seemed to go away as I brought rpms up.

Here's the setup: 67 Camaro, 99 LS1 DBW, using vette filter/regulator just forward of tank, rock valley tank with ls1 pump.

I'm wondering if it is like a water hammer from the regulator restricting and opening. Just spitballing, but I hope it's something not major. I would certainly appreciate anyone chiming in with advice.
