Fuel System Options for Return System
Fuel System Options for Return System Hey guys,
I'm running a return system in my C1500 truck. My single walbro 255lph just went out on me probably due to I was really pushing it hard with a hot wire kit and the power level that I am currently running which should be around 600-650rwhp. So, I'm looking into aftermarket fuel systems. So far I have -8AN line to the engine which y-blocks off to 2 - 6AN lines to the fuel rails running it parallel then to an Aeromotive 13109 regulator to a -6AN return line. However, having a difficult time deciding on a fuel pump and internal/external design. This will be a weekend driver as well as to the track on occasion. If I want to daily drive it, I want to be able to without any consequence and I want it to be as reliable as an OEM system.
Option 1: Magnafuel external fuel pump ProTuner Series 525lph (4302) with a custom sump fuel cell.
Option 2: Bosch 044 in a custom fuel cell mounted internally
Option 3: Walbro 450lph internally mounted in a fuel cell
Option 4: FueLab 105gph external mounted fuel pump with a custom sump fuel cell.
