Return vs returnless

I want to add a ls1 intake on my 5.3 I'm aware of the torque loss. My intake now has a return fuel line. What will I need to change?

Just use some aftermarket rails, you can set those up with or without return

I was looking into that as well. I think I'll go that route, will my stock 5.3 injectors work? If not will I have to get the computer reconfigured?
