Default Fuel pump and fuel system ???'s

I'm in the process of setting up my fuel pump system, and have a few ???'s

Donor engine 2002 LQ9 from a Escalade w/ a feed and return line
Recipients Vehicle 1991 Toyota Land Cruiser

The LC is fuel injected, I see three options for me...
1 stock 1991 pump About 45/50 psi
2 stock twin turbo supra pump about 50/55 psi
3 fit the correct GM pump

I see the LQ9 wants 60psi, if I use the stock GM pump do I need to use an additional regulator?

I have read my builds where they use the TT supra pump and they run fine

Can anyone give me do's and dont's before I buy a pump

Regardless run a regulator. GM base fuel pressure is 58psi. What are you using for engine management?

In regards to the regulator, there is one the fuel rail. Is this enough?

I am using the stock ECM w/ hp tuner

Huh?

If you're saying there is one then just verify your pressure is @58psi.

Yes, I thought that's what it was from the factory?
It's a round cap w/ vacuum line, it's located in the fuel rail, two fuel lines are present at the intake manifold

I don't think that's your return line, that goes to your emissions canister. You should have a bleeder valve on the fuel rail itself where you can test pressure. I have a 2004 lq9 and as far as I know there is no regulator?
