Default Sunoco e85-r vs. VP c85

From what I have read c85 from vp is straight e85 promising ethanol consistency. Sunoco says their e85-r is consistent as well but the other 15 percent is higher octane fuel to improve the fuels performance over conventional e85 (85% ethanol, 15% regular gas/additives). Does anyone have any info on these fuels?

looks like the sunoco fuel has 1 point more octane and is a little cheaper, but both these fuels cost as much as race gas.
