Most throttle body upgrades are completely unnecessary. The OEM TB is capable of supporting a very reasonable amount of power. There are plenty of folks making 500-600+ on a 2.5" pipe for example.
The larger you go with the throttle body, the less progressive linkage style you encounter, the lower resolution you will have with your foot (gas) pedal.
