Random start issue....
Random start issue.... so a couple of weeks back my 99 Trans Am started having a random start issue.
Some times it fires right up on the first hit of the key like it should, other times you have to hit the key 3, 4, 7, or 8 times.....randomly.
I replaced the fuel pump with a walboro and put in a new fuel filter. same issue still occurs. I will be getting a pressure gauge today to put on the rail so I can see actual pressure.
Just curious if anyone has had this issue before.
My guess is that its a fuel issue of some sort, but I suppose it could be spark.
