Default Fuel Injector O-ring

Hi There!

I recently bought a 6.0L l96 engine.
For now, im using the stock Intake-Manifold, Fuel-Rail and Injectors.

BUT:
I do have a LS3 Intake-Manifold on the Shelf.

Do anybody know for sure if there is some bigger o-rings that i can put on my Injectors, so they will fit a LS3 Intake Manifold?

The L96 engine is FlexFuel, so the Injectors are rated 52Ibs.

Regards Lars

I have the exact same question. Is it a bigger o-ring or an adapter?

Fast sells some larger o-rings to fit injectors in their intakes. Best to measure the radial thickness of the ones you have not to make sure the next ones you order are thicker. You can get away with the center hole being a little bigger, but not by much so that would be the other one to keep an eye on.

Does anyone have an answer to this? I know the larger orings to adapts ls1/ls6 injectors to an ls3 manifold are too large. The base of the Gen IV l96 injectors are larger than the ev1's, but too small for standard ls3 orings to work.

SO l96 injectors (#12613412) to ls3 manifold???

I already have spacers to bump the fuel rail up.

Call in injector sales place and tell them what you want to do and they should have the correct O-ring to do the job. If not they will ask you to measure your current o-ring and the intake to find the correct one. They make them in a billion sizes and without a book or experience with the exact setup people won't know they answer most of the time.
