E38 flex fuel question...

E38 flex fuel question... ...so apparently on the 07 flex fuel (new body style) Silverado,it adjusts the E85 tune via the o2 readings,not a flex fuel sensor...
So does my non-flex fuel silverado e38 ecm have that capability in place?
if not,am i able to unlock the software via hptuners?
or should i be looking into adding a sensor similar to the Dedicated system?
I am aware that e85 requires the pump/injectors/tune upgrades.
