How to contact Nasty Performance?

How to contact Nasty Performance? Purchased some rails and lines from Nasty's almost a couple of weeks ago. They sent tracking confirmation, and for the past week, the status just says "label created". I've called almost every day and left messages. Sent Nasty N8 a pm, nothing yet. I got ahold of somebody last Thursday and he said it should have been sent out and he would call me back with more info, but no call back. Not trying to bash or give them a bad name. Just wondering how to get ahold of them and find out what's going on. Any alternative numbers or emails?

I haven't dealt with them in over 10 years, but the fact that they are still around should let you know that they tend to keep their customers happy. That being said, lack of communication can be very frustrating.
