Default HP Limit of single feed fuel rail setup?

I am currently re-doing the fuel system in my '67 Camaro w/L33 swap. I have a Rick's Restomod stamped tank with dual Walbro 450's in it. The car will eventually have twin turbos and run on E85. I will be Y-ing the pumps at the tank and running a -10 feed to the front. I was planning on running the feed into the rear of one of the Holley rails, running a -8 crossover at the front of the rails and a Holley 12-848 regulator at the end of the second rail with a -8 return to the tank. Will this support 1000+rwhp on E85?

Thanks,
Mike

No reason why not.

But parallel rails are always nicer.
