Blocking This Hole

What is this hole and what's the best way to block it off for boost? I have a bolt in EGR plate for the top hole.

I believe that is the smog tube hole for egr valve. Rubber plug that tightens with bolt in center. Check parts or hardware store.

Maybe the EGR plate I got is for this hole, then what would block the top hole where the evac pump goes in?

The big hole on the side is for the EGR, the small hole on top behind the TB is for the evap solenoid.
