Default Fuel on intake around injector. O ring?

So I've noticed my car have anywhere from a wet looking area to a small puddle of fuel on the intake on the front most driverside injector. The Schraeder valve seems fine so is it possible one of the injectors has a torn/bad O ring? Is this a common occurrence?

No, it's not common..It's an obvious problem.
Shut the engine down, let fuel psi drop, clean up the mess.
Try turning the key to run, no start. Leak?
If not, start the engine and look for the location.
As miles go up, the orings tend to dry out, shrink. May be time to replace all 16.
