Default Intermittent lean/loss of power?

not sure if this would be better here or in fuel section....mods move as required....
So i have a 340 fuel pump, 60# injectors and bolt ons in my 99 SS....i do have a wideband so i can monitor a/f.... periodically, ill be cruising, lets say 5th gear at 40mph with my foot holding steady on the gas pedal, out of nowhere i completely lose power, as in i can push the gas pedal to the floor and it will go nowhere, at this point i immediately look at my wideband to see it say 22.0 a/f.... after about 3 seconds it goes back to normal like nothing happened...... could this be a loose ground somewhere? an intermittent fuel pump? thanks for any input!
