Bosch 420 inline dead......

Bosch 420 inline dead...... The pump has the full power going to it, I can't find the ground, but I'm sure its grounded fine....
The pump was acting up last night when I was driving, I had over 1/2 tank of gas, so it not getting enough fuel wasn't the problem.....it kept cutting on and off while driving, died a couple times, had to tag the mag lite to the pump and a few taps got it going again......
This morning I hop in the car to go work out, primes right up, no problems, drove around for about 20 mins, wasn't cutting out at all, so I parked, went in, I come out to start up the car, pump isn't priming at all.....
Completely dead......
Any ideas?
