getting a strong whiff of fuel when I drive the car after I did some fuel mods..


the mods are a return-style system using the EVAP line as the new return line.
Billet fuel rails
Racetronix hot wire kit.
Magnafuel boost referenced FPR
Aeromotive 340 in a brand new Delphi sending unit.


there are no leaks in the system and it runs very well...

however I may have did something I probably shouldnt have and that was to unplug the electrical connector for the EVAP stuff that sits on top of the tank..

I removed the tank and did not cut a trap door to perform these mods..

I am wondering if thats whats causing it..

any other insight would be helpful.

What type of hose did you use. My garage smelled like a gas station until I changed all lines out for PTFE stuff.
