Do I need injectors ?

Do I need injectors ? I am awaiting delivery of a 2006 L33 5.3l engine. I plan on using a 228r cam, ported throttle body, 1 3/4 headers, and either a truck or tbss intake. From what I have read about others experience, I think I might need slightly bigger injectors. If so,how big should I go. Would a truck intake with flex fuel injectors be a good option? I know there is a setup with intake, injectors, harness and computer for sale in the classifieds right now. I will need a computer , and harness with this engine so this might be a good fit. What do you guys think?Just to be clear, I never plan on using another fuel. I just know flex fuel injectors flow more. Thanks for any help or advice!
