Default Hotwire kit
Would it be a waste of time/money to install a Casper or Racetronix hotwire kit
on 97 C5 Vette with cam, heads, headers, z06 intake, 36 lb injectors?

Have you upgraded the fuel pump? If not, my opinion would be no. If you have, probably yes.
