Default LS1 to LS2 (and FAST102) intake

Gentlemen,
I have a 1998 Camaro LS1 with a big cam and I'm putting on a Fast102 and Nick Williams LSX 102mm tb. I have a few fueling questions about the car. My existing LS1 fuel rail has, what I hear to be a fuel pulse dampener. My new ls2 rail does not have this. I am wondering if I need this on my new setup (and how I would do that) or if I can just delete it from the car. Another question I have is; My existing setup has 60lb injectors, and ideally I'd like to keep them, and I'm wondering how I would go about that on this. Am I able to just use a spacer in between the rail and manifold to bring it up the approx 1/4 inch? Thank you very much!
Mike

Running into more questions as I go. I am going from a completely stock intake system to fully modded. Id like to go SLP lid. Should I get the full SLP 21047 system? Should I keep my MAF, or get a larger truck one? Thanks.
