I moved it to the trunk. Found this complete battery relo kit on ebay designed for a mustang. I bought it because it had 0 guage wires already made up. The battery went into the spare tire well by making a platform out of 2 pieces of cedar 4x4. then bolting the tray to it. battery box sits on top.

Then nice thing about installing there is a welded on brace for the antenna makes a perfect attatchment point for the nylon battery box belt.

This is not a daily driver so the lack of a spare is not an issue
