Fuel pump recommedation

Fuel pump recommedation I'm swapping a ls1 from a 98 z to my 94 (previously v6) I'm also swapping the t56 trans and wiring harness so it's basically gonna be the set up from the 98. The fuel pump would blow the relay often and would sometimes take longer to start. I'm going to put a new pump on it while it's out but inI'm wondering what to go with. It's mainly stock now with a few bolt ons. I will be doing much more in a about a year but I want a fuel pump that can run now while it's stock but handle the need when I add power later. Any suggestions?

The price doesn't seem bad either!!! I looked into the walbro 255 fuel pumps and they advertise a fuel pump check valve with this. It's only $30 extra so not worried about the money part of it, just wondering if this is something others have used and useful or unneeded?
