I guess the question is. I don't think either are e85 but what are they

Ethanol-enhanced gasolines, for want of a better term. At least they are honest about the ethanol levels.

I thought E85 was only federally mandated to at least be 50 odd percent ethanol to be labeled E85?

That could be right, which means that you never have a clue as to what you are really getting.
