98 ls1 has no injector pulse test ecu it was bad bought another ecu 99 plus converted the harness triple checked my harness still no pulse . car has no bcm vatts is shut off secondary wire harness for fuel pump and have no relays to go off. also obd2 wont communicate with scanner,,, car will run with ether that bout it
