Draining fuel tank

Draining fuel tank I have a 98 T/A that I have to drain some fuel out of its fuel tank. Tried to do it with a siphon in the filler, but it isn't cooperating. I was going to go down to the fuel filter and drain it there. My question is about jumping the fuel relay. First, this is the fuel relay up in the engine bay in the drivers side relay box? And, if I have researched this right, I pull that relay and jump between the 30 and 87 terminal? I don't have to replace the relay with the jumper in place correct? Any pics of what to do would be great (I couldn't find any). Thanks for any help!

Just FYI, this is pretty easy to do. Popped off the quick release side of the fuel filter. Cut the quick release end off of another cheapie fuel filter, clamped a 3/8 hose to that, then connected to quick release line off of the car. Pulled fuel relay and jumped the 30 and 87 terminals. Had tank drained in no time.
