Default Vented or non-vented gas cap

I did an LS1 swap with engine/transmission from a 99 z28. I had a carbureted gen 1 sb350. I am now using a inline fuel pump with the corvette style filter regulator that sends return back to the tank. What I don’t know is “Should I use a vented or non-vented gas cap?”

If your vapor recovery system is still used, non-vented. Otherwise use a vented cap.

Thanks G. I don’t have any type of vapor recovery system.

All fuel tanks must have a safe means of breathing....and also no means to dump fuel out if things get fucked up ! lol
