Default LS2 to LS1 knock sensors

We have a customer with a TBSS that he changed to a cast iron LQ4 block. His stock LS2 block had knock sensors in the side of block but there is no provisions on the LQ4 block. I know you can find LS1 to LS2 harnesses but I cant seem to find any going backwards. We did swap front covers for the cam sensor.

Drill and tap holes on the side of the block to the TBSS size and put them there. Basically the ECU has to think the LS2 is still there. Was the LS2 a 24-tooth reluctor or 58-tooth?

I would be VERY careful about ASSUMING anything! Check the color of the crank sensor plug. Gray or black?

just drill and tap the pads for the sensors, they are M8 x 1.25 thread.
