Fuel Pump Fitting Adapters

Hey guys. Have a 2000 Camaro and doing some upgrades. Pretty new to the plumbing of the fuel system and was looking to try and find some fittings for getting my 10-an lines to hook up to my stock fuel pump assembly. I have seen a few photos around (see below) but don't know the name of the adapters or anything about them really. Anything helps, but looking to have someone tell me exactly where to go and what to buy haha
