Fuel filter recommendations
Need some help in selecting a fuel filter for my LS conversion LQ9/LS3 heads, 475HP engine, going to be running an in tank pump with built in regulator for a 69 Camaro....Holley product # 12-300.
Will be using the factory steel fuel line with Vapor Guard Fi hose for connecting at points.
Question, is 3/8" steel line using 6an fittings adequate? Also is the run of the mill fuel filters from Russel, Holley, Earls fit the bill? Is it recommended to use a 10 micron filter for Fi or will 40 micron be okay. Apologize for the question drilling just need to know from those that know.
Whats recommended?
Any input or suggestions to this LS newbie are appreciated, thanks in advance.

There should be two filters. One before the pump, likely in the tank, and one after. The final one should be 10 micron to protect the injectors.

Yeah, that's a nice setup! Put a 10 micron filter (Holley has good ones) in the line near the tank, and you're good!
