Default Injector Size question need validation

So here is the long story; I cannot find a tuner or a thread that can give me a concreate answer. Long story short looking for a recommendation for injector size and fuel pump. Sorry I came from the Carb world so this is my first Fuel injected build.

Here is my build:
SLP Stainless long tube headers arp bolts
high flow cats
Flowmaster catback
LG G5X3 cam kit
BBK SSI Intake with BBK 80mm TB
4.10 gear with moser axles
K&N cold air intake
Weld in subframe connectors
mcleod racing Twin Disc with Aluminum Flywheel
Polyurethane motor mounts
Spohn rear suspension
SLP options: drilled and slotted rotors,
SLP front grill 17" chrome ZR1 wheels,
SLP springs,
Bilstein shocks,
Hurst shifter,
MSD plug wire set
T-Stat 160
EGR delete
Rollmaster Single Roller Non Adjustable timing set

I am looking at either:BOSCH GREEN GIANT 42LB

https://lightningforceperformance.co...PWtf0COyzmfL-o

Lucas 42.5 pound/hour Fuel Injectors

http://intense-racing.com/PROD/FIS-42x.

What do you guys recommend, I hear the Lucas ones are not as reliable, Also do i need to change the fuel pump.

Last question anyone in NYC area who can recommend a good tuner?

The bosch 42s are what we used in the vw v6 world for moderate turbo and s/c setups and they never gave issues. As long as they are clean they should be good. Also 42 lb injectors run a little more due to the higher fuel pressure on ls motors. 42lb’ers are good for 600 crank at 80% DC. You can run them higher but reliability will drop the more you push them. As for a fuel pump i would go with a walboro 450. You can go over kill on that so you dont need to upgrade in the future. Anyone please correct me if im wrong.

If staying naturally aspirated, even 36 lb injectors would be fine but there are also factory GM injectors in 39 lb and 42 if looking in that range.

I was around 86% injector duty cycle with 36 lb injectors and 530 crank horsepower and a 255 lph walbro fuel pump. As far as fuel pumps go, if staying naturally aspirated, even a 255 lph pump would be more than enough for you and won't ever give any hint of overpowering a stock fuel pressure regulator (or the c5 filter/regulator).

Maybe I'm missing something here, but what car is this? What engine? Hard to recommend if the stock pump would be adequate given the info presented.

Just wondering. what does this stuff have to do with injector sizing?

Weld in subframe connectors
mcleod racing Twin Disc with Aluminum Flywheel
Polyurethane motor mounts
Spohn rear suspension
SLP options: drilled and slotted rotors,
SLP front grill 17" chrome ZR1 wheels,
SLP springs,
Bilstein shocks,
Hurst shifter,
MSD plug wire set
T-Stat 160
EGR delete
Rollmaster Single Roller Non Adjustable timing set

After all that, you left out what engine it is.......

Yea I thought the same thing, it created more work.

Either way, if its a LS2 or LS3 I would imagine the stock pump will be fine, worst case, a BAP would definitely be sufficient. I imagine its pretty rare to require a pump upgrade for someone running no boost or spray.

Sounds like some stock injectors would be just fine. What motor is being used?
