"returnless" fuel system
I have ran this in a high G pulling AWD car... If it accelerates hard.. Like vertical climb in a plane... Run a SX pump behind a small fuel cell... 2 gal.... as close to the engine as possible... Then run the fuel rail return to the cell and a low pressure lift pump from the main fuel tank...
You can stand it on its tail w.o starving it for fuel.. I ran sub 1.5 60fts with a similar system.. You also need less fuel pump because it does'nt have to move the fuel as far under load... I had it front mounted... but even closer to the engine is better than a high pressure pump a long ways away.
Most people run a modified holley fuel bowl/float system so when the cell is full the lift pump returns to the main tank.. However you can go to an electronic float switch so it just switches the lift pump off and on so it has no return...
