I was getting 620hp single Walbro 450 with BAP and e85. I have to lower base fuel pressure 4->3 bar to get more flow to pump. Then FIC 1000cc injectors almost 100% IDC

What transmission were you running when you made 620rwhp?

Anyone have experience with the Walbro 525? I searched on this site but theres very little info on it.
Is it a drop in replacement like the 450?

The 525 is a stock Hellcat fuel pump. There shouldn't be any concerns with an OEM pump.

Do you know if I can run this Walbro 525 in my 02 WS6? Is it a drop in (like the walbro 450)?
Im hoping this will fit in the bucket and I can hook up a hot wire kit and be done and be good for 630-650 on e85.
They say the pump supports 700+ on e85.

It's same size and direct swap for a walbro 450. Make sure you have 10ga wires and proper size fuse

Yes i had stock lines from tank to engine bay. When add adjustable fuel pressure regulator, then only change fuel rails and those short fuel lines.

The outlet line on a 525 is larger than a 450. I was going to go with one, but most of the modular fuel pump assemblies do not have a large enough line. They went from a 10mm to an 11 mm outlet. Doesn't seem like much until you try cramming that rubber fuel line over the outlet and realize it isn't going to fit.
