80psi at Idle? What do I do?
97-98 Corvette rails,
Dual 255 intank
oem regulator has been removed from bucket
Hyperfuel regulator pn#44120, *adjustment screw backed way out
stock 28lb injectors (for now)
Stock feed line
6an Return off the rails into Stock Evap that connects to the OEM return line that goes to the the tank
Gauge shows 82psi at idle.
Where do I start?

Thanks
*I do not have a hobbs switch. Both pumps are running at the same time. I might ad a hobbs switch later on but for now, is this Okay?

I just swapped out my dual 255 pump setup for dual 340's, and mistakenly had the intank regulator, AND the Aeromotive regulator both in the flow path. I couldn't get it below 62-63psi with just ONE pump, and it'd spike to near 70 with BOTH pumps ON...
Now, with single regulator, and single 340 pump, I can lower fuel pressure to 40 if I wanted to...but it is now set steady at 60. With 2nd pump jumped out to turn on, so I can see what happens, it only spikes to maybe 63, and that's it...
I'd disconnect 2nd pump, and see what happens to the pressure.
or...if that doesn't "fix" it...
The regulator itself may simply not flow enough return fuel
