Default Future proofing fuel system with new feed and return lines

I have to drop the tank for another issue, so seems like a good time to run bigger PTFE lined fuel lines. Yes there is a restriction between the top of the fuel hat and the underside going to the pump. 10 AN to 3/8 but it won't be an issue I am told. Pump is a single 255 lph for now with hotwire kit and stock fpr will be removed. 10 micron filter. Ignore any male to male connections in the diagram, the correct fitting will be used.

Can I keep it simple and run it like in figure 1? Once I have more power and require much more pump, I can see to moving to figure 2, but wouldn't figure 1 be fine for now being on pump fuel and 470 hp NA? (car has nitrous also but that's a stand alone on C16) Figure 3 and 4 would work also for now, just not the most optimal, correct? In terms of most optimal to least optimal, it would be 2, 3, 4, 1?

What about figure 5 which has the fuel pressure regulator back by the tank instead? Some say pumping fuel all the way to the engine bay, adding heat to it, and dumping it back into the tank can cause vapor lock.

Any of them will work for your current needs. Question is what kind of power will you do in the future. Figure 3 is the best IMO and the true right way to do it if you're going to make a ton of power later.

2 or 3 are definitely best. Dead heading works to a point but ultimately putting the regulator before the injectors means it is a possible flow restriction.

By the way, if you're doing PTFE, rent/borrow/buy the assembly tools. Putting ends on that stuff is like trying to put hose ends on stainless hard line. It sucks.
