Low fuel pressure
Low fuel pressure Hi I'm not getting the fuel pressure I need it's reading 22 lbs. at the rail and it drops to zero once the key is turned off. My setup is a new Racetronix FPA-001B with the 017 Hotwire kit all new -6 an teflon lines & 3/8" stainless hard line and the Corvette fuel filter/regulator. The engine is an 07 ls2 from a tbss that has not run since 2011. Now this fuel pump , I bought new in 9/2016, has the Venturi prime system but I do not have the Venturi valve in the fuel bucket however I did drill holes in the bucket to allow fuel to fill it.The fuel tank is out of a 96 B body and is clean. The relays work fine and the pump stays running while key is on. The fuel rails have a schrader valve to bleed off any air and I now have fresh gas bleeding out.
Could my problem be not having the correct Venturi system in place and if so where can I buy the correct module from.

Is the factory FPR in the bucket removed? I’m assuming this is a 99-02 f body fuel bucket? Need to remove it and route the fuel from the top hat underside barb to the bottom of the bucket since you have a c5 FPR/filter on the car. The c5 kit if purchased from ws6 store should have the hose in that kit or you purchase it separately depending on the size of the barb that is exposed once the stock fpr is removed. As mentioned, you’ll also need a venturi system with no holes in the bucket. You can pickup a cheap bucket on ebay. Isn’t a 96 G body a metal tank? You’re using a 99-02 bucket in it?

No the 96 "B" bodies are plastic The module is an ebay 2000 buick module as I remember. I did just order an ebay module for the 99/02 F body in hopes of getting the Venturi valve it should be here sometime next week. Thanks, Tony.
