Too much fuel after decapping injectors
You just roughly tripled the flow of the injectors, you have to tell the PCM that they are that much bigger or you get what you have.
Also I hope you sent them out to be flow checked to make sure some of them are not way off and in tolerance/balance with each other. That cap acts as a restriction and also as a kind of make shift way of ensuring injector flow at the same time. Normally they are pretty close from what I have seen but you don't know until you test them, and if they are not matched you risk burning a hole in something or washing down your oil and wearing things out. I'm all about saving money on injectors but I think you should spend a few buck to make sure you're not going to break anything more expensive down the road.
