99 Injector sources...
99 Injector sources... who carries the 26.6 lb injectors for the 99 cars? i am looking to replace mine in the near future because of high mileage. I saw TSP has a 28.8 and rail, but i dont feel like having computer tuning done on the car, its my beater. anyone got sources or suggestions for 26.6 inj?
tsp said it would run rich when I called them about their special. I know on the SD TPI camaros i had to change the injector constant for whatever inj i ran (stock was 19 or 22)

I just did the swap (26 to 28) and now I am running pig rich. Before the swap I was tuned with a flat 13.0 afr. I'll find out in a few days what my afr is now, but it'll will be way to the rich side.
For a while, I was running so rich that the SES light actually came on a couple times. It hasn't been on for 2 days now (only did the swap a week ago) so I do beleive the computer has relearned a little. But I am still running rich enough to be able to smell it by the exhaust and a quite noticable decline in mpg (5-6 to be exact).

the files i have seen are different 99 vs 01 for fueling

I changed from the 26's to the 28.8's and my car runs like dog crap right now, too much fuel. It will waken up under WOT or heavy throttle in the upper RPM band, but down low and at idle sucks, it takes longer than it used to with the 26's to find the idle. I even checked my plugs and I can smell/see fuel on them, NEVER before the swap. I am going to retune it and that will get rid of all that crap
