Default Pump upgrade?

Car has been setting for a couple of years and I'm trying to get her back up.and running. Latest issue was fuel pump not turning getting power at the pump it's just not spinning so I'm assuming it's siezed. This is on my 414 firebird dynoed low 500's and has 60lb injectors and a walbro 255 with a racetronix hotwire kit. This was a v6 tank so I have a return and a regulator in the engine bay. I have the trap door so swapping isn't hard.

Question is, is there a better suited option then getting another 255. Quick search seems to say I'm pushing the limits of this pump, but back in 04 when I did this I don't remember there being another option. I don't think I had issues with fuel supply, but I never got a real good tune to nail down hard pull af.

Racetronix now has a 340 Lph pump that maintains siphon, and it is pre-assembled in a complete pump module with no internal regulator. It uses a higher rated connector though so you'll need to swap out for the corresponding hot wire kit.

couple of bumps off the battery and some carb cleaner (pulled the assembly) and got the pump spinning again..... siphon was no longer a conern since the bucket as already modified to negate venturi effect.

still debating on the need for a higher flow pump though
