Snake Eaters What's the real deal on these injectors? I've read bad reviews and I see where people swear by them, Matt from Sloppy for one. I've seen several prices for the 1500's, $450 seems to be the norm I think so what do the ones that use them think of them?

They're iffy. When they work, they work. Every once in a while a bad batch comes through.
They are chinese injectors, I guess the owner of Snake Eater spent the time finding ones that were at least more reliable than their typical stuff.
FWIW, Holly has been releasing new injectors lately.
Their 120 lb are priced similarly to the snake eater 1500s. I would go with Holley long before those.

I was under the impression Snake Eater "gave up" on the china injectors. I looked last summer at their site for a guy who was asking, and from what I remember, it was all actual Bosch injectors, and high price stuff. That's when I dug in and started reading about issues. At that point, I wasn't recommending them. I've got a friend who bought a set new years ago, and is just now going to use them. Hopefully he doesn't have issues, but I'd definitely do the 210's now.
I ran around for a brief time N/A on my Silverado with SEP1500's without issue and no fine tuning, just selected them in the Holley drop down and truck fired right up. Drove around letting it learn and updating the the fuel table. I have the turbos on there now and when it comes out of hibernation will head to a dyno to start the fine tuning under psi.
