Default Injector help

Help!
4.3l to 5.3l swap was pretty much done and running fine.
Decided to swap to factory e-fans. Found a 34" radiator and dual factory e-fans on Marketplace. Ended up buying a swap harness for the fans from BP Automotive.
Got everything hooked up, filled the radiator and went to fire the engine up to circulate the coolant and it wouldn't fire.
Turns out the injectors are firing continuously with the key on and flooding the cylinders with gas.
The wiring for the e-fans is pretty straight forward except for the 2 pins you have to add to the ECU.
How the hell are the injectors getting continuous voltage with the key in the on position?

With the key on they should be getting 12V.
There's obviously something wrong with the wiring that's taking the injs to ground.
I'd suggest looking at the ECM wiring.
